Will payday advance cash my collateral check if I dont pay them back?

they most certainly will. they will give you a few days and if you don't show and don't respond to their call they cash it.
Yes they will. They literally go to their Bank every morning, drop off the huge stack of checks and come back later in the afternoon for the ones that fall out of the system for non pay.
Why would they ask for a collateral check if they didn't intend to cash it?
I never deal w/ these kinda comps, but what I don't understand is what's stopping cust from suddenly closing their current checking when they run in2 $$$ trouble? & 2 stop payment on any check, all u need is the check # & pay the fee 2 stop pmt on it, so y ask 4 collateral check?
